What AIDiets.com Isn't
AIDiets.com is not (just) for fat loss
Anybody who is trying to eat well - for building muscle, for endurance training, for general well-being and for losing fat - should be able to benefit from using the tools on our site.
AIDiets.com is not a diet plan
We do not ask our users to follow a specific, restricted diet. AIDiets.com can create diet plans tailored to reach whatever goals you set.
AIDiets.com does not promote crash or temporary dieting
We believe that healthy eating should be a life-long habit. We reject the notion that people should "diet to lose weight" or "diet for the summer", or "diet for the wedding" only to resume their previous unhealthy eating habits once their goal is reached.
AIDiets.com does not expect our users to feel starved
AIDiets.com can create diet plans containing several meals a day, so you don't have to skip meals or wait too long in between them, but still lead to fat loss.
AIDiets.com does not expect our users to completely give up their treats
You can include occasional sweets and other indulgences (just don't go nuts!) in your diet plans, and AIDiets.com will pick and adjust the rest of your day's meals so you can still lose fat.
AIDiets.com does not promise unrealistic results
Some other websites promise fantastic results, from losing 10 pounds in a week to gaining 10lbs of muscle in a month. We realise that these fantastic results are unsustainable, that they come at a heavy price in terms of long-term health, and in most cases the results are illusory and temporary.
We realise that we cannot make promises of this sort because reaching your health goals is up to you. What we promise is to provide tools to make it much easier for you to develop healthy eating habits and to work around your weaknesses.
What AIDiets.com Is
AIDiets.com can be summed up in a single statement:
AIDiets.com is a set of tools for taking control of your nutrition.
What this means is that we've created technology to make it easy for you to plan a diet:
- Which satisfies your nutritional requirements - meal plans created by our Artificial Intelligence Diet Generator provide you with the amount of calories, fat, carbs and protein you specify, and our premium version can even create meal plans to give you the minimum recommended intake of vitamins!
- Consisting of foods you like to eat, or might like to eat
- Which can be achieved within your budget constraints
- Which works around your weaknesses and occasional cravings
- Which is almost endlessly customizable.
We've also added tools which let you create and share recipes and track your weight and food intake in as convenient a manner as possible:
- You do not add individual ingredients to your food log (though you can if you wish!), you add entire meals
- You may take copies of recipes and tweak them to suit you - you don't always have to create recipes from scratch
- You can build recipes not just from base ingredients - but from other recipes if you wish. For example, you can combine a recipe for Lasange with a recipe for Salad to create a meal of Lasagne with Side Salad.
