Method

Drain the beans - 2 13oz Cans of white beans yields about 2 cups of drained beans.

Chop up the garlic and rosemary, and juice the lemon and set aside.

Add together the beans, lemon juice, rosemary, oil and garlic, and blend in a food processor or blender until smooth.

Add salt and pepper to taste if desired, then pour into individual servings and add 2 olives to each serving.
