Scrambled Eggs

Directions

Crack eggs into metal pot. Add milk and beat until smooth. Add butter and put pot on low/med heat.

Stir with wooden spoon, or preferably a silicon spatula. Several clumps will form, reduce heat to lowest and keep stirring.

If eggs are sticking to the pot, take off heat and continue stirring. The residual heat from the pot will solidify any remaining liquid.

Season with Salt & Pepper if desired, and serve.

150 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh
5 g Butter, salted
1 fl oz (30.5 g) Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A
