Cut the fat off the bacon, and fry the bacon meat alongside the fat. When the bacon is cooked, discard the fat, and set the bacon aside.

Slice bagel in half, and toast in toaster or under a grill.

Spread cream cheese on each half, and sandwich the bacon between the two slices.
