Slice up bananas. Mix with juice, yogurt and milk in a food processor and blend.

Alternatively, blend with a hand blender in an appropriately sized container (about 1 quart/litre sized).

150 g Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 8 grams protein per 8 ounce
2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (272 g) Bananas, raw
1 cup (250 g) Pineapple juice, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
150 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vitamin A
